Through my work I get to attend many food and wine pairing dinners. This is a time to try different restaurants, taste some of the best food in the DC, MD, VA area, and try wines from all over the world. I truly love attending these dinners because I learn so much not only about the wine and where it is from, but about the restaurant, the chef, and why certain wines are paired with certain foods.
