When I was asked to cover the Cheeses of France Cocktail reception for Capital Cooking, I jumped at the chance. I’m always trying to take every opportunity possible to learn and taste new cheeses for the my job. Plus, how could a reception filled with cheese, wine, and Hors d’oeuvres be anything but amazing?
