I hope that you had a wonderful Thanksgiving. In case you’re tired of turkey by now, I thought I would change things up a bit. In lieu of showing you my Thanksgiving and talking about all the same Thanksgiving dishes over and over, I am going to show you how to make a Brown Butter and Walnut Sauce for Pumpkin Gnocchi!
In sticking with the theme of Pumpkin for this holiday season I am about to show you the most ridiculously easy recipe for Pumpkin Gnocchi in a Brown Butter and Sage Sauce.
Instead of just pictures and a recipe I made a little video for you. However, the sound quality is horrible on my camera and my voice sounds a little distorted. Anyways…hope you enjoy! And PLEASE try this recipe!
And in case you missed it…here is the step by step again.
Gather Ingredients
Brown Butter and Cook Gnocchi in a pot of boiling water.
Add Walnuts and Poultry Seasoning
Drain Gnocchi once it is finished cooking.
Add butter sauce to Gnocchi, stir, and serve with something green!

Not the most attractive looking dish, but I promise you it tastes good. Also-my measurements are different in the movie and on this recipe because after making the movie I made some changes. Follow the recipe below for the best version.
And in case you want to try it…here is the awesome recipe!
