As I said in my morning post-I am hosting my VERY FIRST GIVEAWAY! I’m really excited, and you will have to wait till the end of the post to see what it is.
Breakfast this morning was very light. I just haven’t been very hungry in the mornings lately. I had a Stonyfield Low Fat Yogurt and a kiwi. I ate the kiwi with the skin for the second time in my life. I like the crunchiness and tangy-ness it adds, but I think I prefer kiwis with no skin.

Look what came yesterday??? We finally got the Little Ragghi’s Crackers for the store. I reviewed them in this post, and can’t say it enough; these cracker are maybe THE MOST AMAZING CRACKER YOU WILL EVER TASTE. They are the perfect crunchiness and flakiness, and are made with a little Parmesan and olive oil. They are so incredibly good, and the perfect wine cracker. I can’t wait to start selling them. A great gift with a bottle of wine especially for the holidays.

Because I had a smaller breakfast, by the time lunch rolled around I was HUNGRY! Lunch was a variation of yesterdays lunch. I made a turkey and cheese wrap on a whole wheat tortilla. Added some tomato, lettuce, and peach/pineapple salsa for some veggies.

All wrapped up

I also had some grilled okra on the side with leftover salsa. I grilled these last night while my other veggies were roasting. Really like these grilled better than raw.

Ok now for the giveaway. As you guys may have figured out I am a HUGE fan of Stonyfield Oikos. I have tasted a lot of Greek Yogurt, and these are my absolute favorite. Because I love them so much the nice people at Stonyfield have agreed to give one lucky Eat, Drink, and Be Hopeful Reader an awesome Oikos Prize.
A little about Oikos:
Stonyfield Oikos is a rich and creamy yogurt that is all organic and has 0% fat. It is low in calories and is a perfect way to get calcium and protein in your diet. Enjoy it as a meal, add fruit, cereal, use it for dips, sauces, and even when baking. There are so many ways to incorporate Oikos in your diet. I know I have found a few!
This prize includes:
- 4 free 5.3 oz Oikos coupons

This is such an awesome prize, one I would even love to win. There are 3 ways to enter.

I’m all caught up on your blog now, it sounds like you’ve been having a whirl wind time but it’s good to recognise when you need to get back on track.
I had a back on track day yesterday and today, but my birthday interupts that tomorrow and over the weekend.
I think it’s a good chance to think about how I’m going to get back on track next week starting Monday – it’s a fantastic concept!

Just found your blog, it’s great! I think my favorite thing to do with Oikos is the classic cereal/yogurt combo, or I also love it as a sour cream substitute with my Mexican food
