So when I posted my blog this morning I had every intention of eating my kiwi, but after my cereal I was plenty full. So I saved my kiwi for a sweet snack this afternoon.
Breakfast held me over until 2pm today. I couldn’t believe it. I started getting an awful headache so I decided to take a 20 min break and eat my lunch in the stores basement. I had leftover soup from last week with a mini whole wheat pita.

I love this soup. I tasted even better than last week, and it still had that spicy kick.

It was also very nice having the pita with it. It completed the meal.

Such a great lunch that kept me full for hours.

The Foodbuzz Festival is coming up, and I hope everyone going has an amazing time. I am not able to make it this year due to scheduling conflicts, but hopefully I will be able to attend next year! Good luck to all the nominees for the Foodbuzz Awards!
In other news- My mom sent me a Halloween package! I love getting things in the mail, and I love even more when they are from my mom. My mom always sends the best packages and the best cards. In college she would send me care packages that were full of goodies. I will show you all the goods later because I’m at work, and don’t have the time or space to sprawl them all out. This absolutely MADE my day. Thank you Mom and Dad!
For a snack today I had a Stonyfield Lowfat Yogurt and some Pumpkin Spice tea. I said yesterday that the tea was not as good as I thought, but that doesn’t mean I’m going to let it go to waste! I also got coconut Chai, and herbal mint. I don’t put anything in my tea so I appreciate when the tea has really good flavor. Can’t wait to try those flavors as well.

Someone told me the Harris Teeter near my work has the pumpkin pie yogurt from Stonyfield. I may have to take a little field trip and check it out.
