This is going to be another quick nightly post seeing as it is almost 10pm, and I need to be in bed soon for my 9 miler tomorrow. AHH I just wish there were more hours in the day!
The only snack I had today was my afternoon fruit. I had ate this fresh cantaloupe with lots and lots of water. I was pretty hungry on my drive home, but I tried to hold off for dinner.

I got home after getting my nails done to find Jillian waiting for me. Jillian Michaels that is. I prepared my chicken with some fresh rosemary, carrots, and chicken stock, and popped in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

While it was baking I got my burn on. And boy did it burn. I think I am ready to move on to Level 2. I went from using 3 lbs weights to 5 lb weights so I think I’m ready to graduate from Level 1.
As the chicken still baked I made this awesome mix of veggies.
- Cabbage
- Red Onion
- Shredded Carrots
I sauteed this with a little olive oil, salt and pepper. When I thought it was finished I topped it with fresh dill and a few pine nuts. HOLY WOW!

This was incredible. I completely made up a random concoction and it was really good. Still a little crunchy, and really flavorful.
I love using fresh herbs.

Look at this awesome baked chicken! I got all this chicken for 10 bucks. AWESOME!

I brought my herbs inside because it was getting pretty cold out, but when I came home they were a little wilted. I think I might put them back outside for the time being.
I had my chicken with a few carrots and some of this awesome concoction.

YUMO!
Right now I’m munching on a little of this trail mix I made up…its got lots of randoms! Nuts, goji berries, raisins, dried cranberries, yogurt covered raisins, other dried fruit, cacao nibs, and a few other things. I mixed 3 different mixes together. It was just what I needed for dessert.

Time to hit the hay for some much needed sleep before my 9 miler tomorrow. Wish me luck!
