Today I had great plans to go running with my friend Nihal around the Potomac River, but I was feeling so stressed about work, the blog, and everything I needed to get done today. Boy was it a busy day! 3 loads of laundry, cleaning apt, dishes, grocery shopping, and tons of other stuff later, I am now sitting down to blog about last nights amazing pizza. I have tons of other stuff to tell, but its way too late to get into detail.
Last night was my first attempt at making home made pizza. Not home made dough, but just the pizza. I sauteed the veggies, and sausage and then topped. Since it is so late I’m just going to post the pictures. I think you’ll figure it out.
This pizza had it all..
*Asparagus
*Eggplant
*Chicken Sausage
*Fresh Tomatoes and Tomato Sauce
*Bell Peppers
*A few Sun-dried Tomatoes
*Basil
*Mozzarella Cheese
Boy was it yummy!

I enjoyed this delicious Cousino Macul Sauvignon Gris from Chile with my pizza. It has the citrus and minerality of a Sauvignon Blanc, but the oilyness and richness of a Pinot Gris. Simply wonderful!

Today I ran 4.0 miles in 35 minutes. I have so proud of myself. And notice I finally have a header I like? Ughh, so much time later…but I’m glad it’s finish. Off to bed so I can do my shred in the morning.
Now that everything in my life seems to be under control and I’m stress-free now, I will be back to blogging normally. Thanks for being patient.
